YORK COUNTY COMMUNITY COLLEGE (Maine)
Residents of Maine and New Hampshire may complete up to 15 credits of coursework through YCCC (on campus or online) and complete all the remaining courses in the Associate Degree Program in Funeral Service through AAMI’s Online Program. Only the two-week clinical at the end of the program requires students to travel to New York City.

ST. JOHN’S UNIVERSITY (Queens, NY)
AAMI graduates receive advanced standing credit toward the Bachelor of Science in Funeral Service Administration at St. John’s University. Offered through St. John’s College of Professional Studies, students prepare for licensure as a Funeral Director. The program also provides students with a foundation in interpersonal communication, counseling, public relations and different aspects of business management.

AAMI graduates may transfer 60 credits toward a B.S. in Organizational Management, in Community Health & Human Services or in Health Administration.

SERVICEMEMBERS OPPORTUNITY COLLEGE (SOC)/DANTES AFFILIATION
AAMI is one of 1800 colleges and universities in the U.S. that have agreed to a set of special criteria designed by SOC and DANTES to provide high quality educational opportunities specifically to serve service members and their families. SOC students receive special advising regarding the transfer of college credit, including certified military training, as well as a reduction in the per-credit-hour tuition charge.
AAMI is also affiliated with DANTES, the Defense Activity for Non-Traditional Education Support, the mission of which is to support the off-duty voluntary education programs of the Department of Defense. DANTES provides print and web-based information on all of the programs recognized by SOC and DANTES.
